The pen vaporizers that you grab for personal use requires some sort of care and maintenance to keep it in good condition. Unlike other kinds of vaporizers, pen vaporizers are the simplest to maintain. So, cleaning them doesn’t come too complicated even for newbies.
The following are some best practices to clean your vaporizers:
Know Your Vaporizer
Different vaporizers call for different ways to clean them. Does your vaporizer purely vaporize herbs, or oil and wax perhaps? Each function requires a different way to clean.
Knowing the parts of your vaporizer helps you to disassemble it before cleaning it. A typical vaporizer, Imag 3-in-1 dry herb vaporizer being one good example, comes in three parts:
- the battery
- heating chamber
- mouthpiece
Cleaning A Dry Herb Pen Vaporizer
To clean the vaporizer after use, unscrew the heating chamber and empty it out by tapping the contents out gently into a trash bin. Then, with the use of a cleaning brush, remove dry particles from the chamber.
Cleaning Wax Or Oil Pen Vaporizers
For users of Imag 3-in-1 vaporizers, separate the heating cup first from the heating chamber using tweezers. The using a cotton swab, rub the inner of the heating cup.
Cleaning Tip
To make the cleaning process quick and easy, make sure the vaporizer is warm as higher temps help loosen the residue easily from the vaporizer. The mouthpiece can be cleaned using running water or a generous swab of cotton with rubbing alcohol.
